Marie Richards is an industry leader with more than 25 years of experience across all facets of real estate. A native of Milton, Massachusetts, and a Boston College alumna, Marie brings deep local expertise and firsthand knowledge of Boston’s diverse neighborhoods—from Charlestown to the South Shore. Having made Boston her home for many years, she is passionate about helping clients connect with the city she loves. As Marie often says, “I want each buyer to love this wonderful city as much as I do.”

Marie’s career began early with her family’s property management company, which specialized in luxury rentals. From the outset, she recognized the value of building strong relationships and cultivating a trusted network of professionals—resources she continues to share generously with her clients today.

After graduating from college, Marie expanded into general brokerage, representing buyers and sellers as well as tenants and landlords. A defining milestone in her career was her first new development project at Flagship Wharf in the Charlestown Navy Yard, where she successfully sold luxury condominiums and earned recognition for her highly client-centric approach. She views every interaction as an opportunity to build long-term relationships founded on trust.
